If you have choosen a DPD collection, this will bring a DPD pink swap it box. It contains all the packing to keep it safe, just place your laptop and charger into the pink box. It will then be sealed by the driver. If you choose to send the laptop yourself, We will send you a free label. Package the laptop in a box with padding to make sure it is safe to be in the courier network. What we don’t want is any damage to be made to your device. If you choose to drop the package of yourself at a Drop off point then we will give you an extra £5 on top of your price.

No, you don't have to pay a dime for any handling or postage charges. The laptop will be picked from your doorstep any day of your choice. If you choose to send it yourself, the postage is still free we will supply the label, and you will earn an extra £5 on top of your price.

You can go ahead and delete all your data if you have spare time but don’t worry if you can't as we wipe all data from the hard drives after receiving them anyway.

If the device that we receive does not match the original description you gave, we will email you with a revised quote and let you know why we are revising it. This could be an increase or decrease in price depending on the results found. If you wish to proceed, we will process your device and issue payment. If you decline the revision, we will ship your item back to you free of charge. If you enter a laptop / Mac with the incorrect specifications and it is a Model/Year we no longer accept due to its age and it was not listed on any choices given, then you as the customer will be liable for the cost of shipping of £15.00.  This will be payable before the Mac is returned to you.

The first part of the inspection is to check the details you have entered in the quote match the spec's and condition of the laptop & or device you have sent. We then contact the local authorities to make sure it has not been reported stolen. Once we are satisfied, they match, we will test the laptop & or device is functioning properly. On completion, we close off the paperwork and ask for your payment details.

Yes, we also buy laptops and or devices in poor and non-working condition. The quote given for this will be the up to price depending on the parts we can salvage upon testing. In most cases we pay the maximum price shown and in the rare case the price is lower, then you may cancel the sale with no penalties and have the laptop and or devices returned free of charge (in order for us to offer a free return, your device must be one that is stated on our website and be in a condition where we would offer some value).

Send your laptop and or device, the charger and any software that come with it. Keep the posting receipt for your proof of postage.

If you are packaging your laptop yourself, we suggest you use a sturdy box and bubble wrap your item to avoid any damage in transit.

Just attach the label we email you to the outside of the box. Make sure it’s sealed securely then take it to any UK post office and hand it over, it’s completely free and you don’t need to wait in all day for a courier to collect.

If your device is stated on our website, and is one that we would offer to buy, we will reutrn it to you free of charge. Your laptop will be returned within 14 business days.

We will make payment by PayPal and Direct Bank Transfer.
